For this brief, we were set with the task of creating a stop motion animation using gestural figure drawing. I based my characters on class mates.

I created a rotoscope of 4 women singing Stay the Night by Zedd ft. Hayley Williams. I wanted to keep the animation quite clean and so I stuck to black and white with a pop of colour.

The colour yellow is used for movement lines, representing optimism and happiness. The drawings are gestural and loose.
